OH MY GOSH!!! UGH....this book seriously got me going!! I loved EVERY SINGLE THING about it! My head is a mess because I am thinking about everything that went on in this wonderful story and I don't even know where to begin! I am totally going against my normal review style right now. I'm not going to go into too many details about the story because I really want you to be able to experience it the way I did. I read the Synopsis of In the Shadows a while ago when I first signed up for the ARC to do this review; however, I'd hate to say this, but prior to starting this book, I couldn't remember what it was exactly about. So, instead of going back and reading the Blurb, I jumped right in!! Needless to say, it was the best choice ever!!! I loved not knowing what I was about to read, not knowing which characters were going to be the ones I would fall in love with, and not knowing the ones that would give me the chills.

What I will say is... this story has so many twist to it that I was going to explode!! There were so many parts that I was like..."Oh My Gosh." Then there were parts that I was like... "Are you kidding me?!?" LOL. I had so many emotions going on throughout this whole story. I liked some, I hated some, and I loved some! I knew I was going to love this book the minute I read this....

"There was a fine line between love and hate and the two aren't mutually exclusive. Of course, I hate him for what he's done and for how he's treated me. But at this moment with my body aching for his touch, I know in my heart I still love him, and this alone will lead me to behave in a way I never imagined I would."

I NEED MORE!!! I want book 2...like now!! I highly recommend this story to anyone who likes to fall in love, have your brain scattered with every emotion, and is willing to just dive right into a story that's full of suspense! If you have not read, I suggest you get started now! It will not disappoint!!
