Oh, perfect I just get back from a run with sweaty hair,
wet and hanging loose from the hair band attempting but
failing to keep it in place. I’m wearing sweats and an old
Muse t-shirt with a stain on it from spilt juice, and who’s
sitting looking perfect in a suit and tie, tapping away at his
laptop?
Mr sexy/annoying as hell Finlay, that’s who.
He gets up and knocks back whatever is in his mug,
closing his computer, and smirks as he takes in my attire.
“There’s eggs still hot on the stove. Help yourself, and tell
Gaby I won’t be back for dinner.” He waltzes past me, his
scent hitting me in the face like invisible mist …delicious
scented mist.
“Do I look like your secretary?” I mumble over my
shoulder, grabbing a bottle of water I’d left on the counter
from earlier then guzzling it down. The warm palm hitting
my ass cheek causes a screech to choke out of me and water
to spurt everywhere. Warm air hits my earlobe as Finlay
whispers, “No, you definitely do not look like my secretary.”
Did he really slap my butt?
“Hang on. Is that an insult or a compliment?” I call after
him as he chuckles and shuts the front door behind him.
Looking down at my outfit, I scrunch my nose up. I need
some new clothes and I need to kick his ass for slapping
mine.

5 Stars!!
OH-MY-F'IN-GOSH!!!!!
SERIOULSY???????
I can't believe what I just read....well, wait a minute, YES I CAN!! It's FUCKEN KER DUKEY!!!!! I just finished reading Drawn To You , and I am sooooo having a WTF moment!!!! Like, seriously!!! When I first started this story, I was hooked from the beginning. While I was reading it, I was telling my sister that it's a different type of story written by Ker. I told her it's really different compared to her Deception and Empathy Series. However, after I read more and more, Mrs. Dukey made her appearance! With the twist and turns that took place throughout this story, the angst that was building, and the blow out at the end, was everything Ker Dukey. I was on the edge of me seat the entire time as I devoured this story! I can't believe the way everything turned out! I loved every single character, and I seriously need book 2 in my hands...NOW!! Thinking about the ending has me shaking my head in disbelief. Ker Dukey, is by far, becoming my top Author! I seriously would 1-click anything with her name on it! If you have not had the mind blowing pleasure of reading any of her books, I highly recommend that you go and 1-click every single one of them! I know this review is not like one I normally would write, leaving out a majority of the story line, but I really want everyone to read it on their own! Honestly, if I could, I would write a review that just says.....
"It's by Ker Dukey...What more of a review do you need?"
I have always had a passion for storytelling, whether it be through lyrics or bed time stories with my sisters. I wanted to be an actress growing up so I could live many roles but I learned early on that my mind was too active... I would want to change the script.I would watch films and think of ways they could have improved the story if they took another direction so i thought it best that i tell my own.
My mum would always have a book in her hand when I was young and passed on her love for reading, inspiring me to venture into writing my own. I tend to have a darker edge to my writing. Not all love stories are made from light, some are created in darkness but are just as powerful and worth telling.
When I'm not lost in the world of characters I love spending time with my family. I'm a mum and that comes first in my life but when I do get down time I love attending music concerts or reading events with my younger sister.
You can find me on Facebook where i love interacting with my readers.
