Another great story by LeAnn Ashers. Hearing Brealyn's story was pretty sad. To live with the type of parents she had, only to end up on the streets, had to be rough for her. The events that took place in her life were harsh, but they also made her who she is today. It gave her the strength to continue to move on. Meeting Ethan was the best thing that happened to her. He helped her get back on her feet and always believed in her. He made her realize she can still have a happy life by not letting her past dictate her future.
“Braelyn, you deserve so much more than the life you have been dealt. I see you. I see a strong-ass woman who has fought as hard as she can. I can see the fire in your eyes still in the depths, wanting to come out. What happened to you doesn’t define who you are. You can’t control what’s happened to you, no matter how much we want to.”
I did see some similarities between Protecting His Forever and Loving His Forever. It seems like every girl character has a tragic past to deal with and the relationships tend to move pretty quickly. I tend to like when the relationships start off a little slower, but I still am enjoying the series!

LeAnn Asher's is a blogger turned author who spends her days reading and writing She released her debut novel early 2016, and can't wait to where this new adventure takes her. LeAnn writes about strong minded females and strong protective males who love their women unconditionally.
Wow... there's so much that goes on in this story that I don't even know where to start! Kane and Sydney's story was great! They started off pretty intense, but everything turned out perfectly. It seemed that one thing happened after another, not giving them much of a break, but they handled everything that came their way. Kane's the usual alpha male that us girls like to read about. I loved the way he was with Sydney and that he had a very sexy playful side to him. He makes me want to go home and tell my husband to spank my butt every time he walks by! One of my favorite laugh out loud moments was when Carter took their cat to school! When he tells everyone why, I couldn't stop laughing! I was dying! Kids are so funny and innocent! Lastly, I would have to agree 100% with Sydney when she says....
"My Kindle is always with me—you never know when I can sneak in some time to read."
I'm exactly the same way! I don't go anywhere without it!
I'm looking forward to reading Ethan and Braelyn's story. Just by reading the little we did about them, I have a feeling it's going to be good!
