Wow! This was not what I was expecting! Usually a Lauren Blakely novel is full of wit, heat, and insta-love. Wanderlust was very different, in my opinion, to her others. First, it was very descriptive and sensual. A lot of emphasis on France and all of the pleasures it has to offer; the sights, the sounds, the smells. A visionary love story! The characters were lovely. Their story was sweet, a bit emotional, and moved at a slower pace creating a satisfying, slow burn. I love a sexy, insta-love novel, but this was a nice change in pace. Another great read by Ms. Blakely!
