From the author of the instant New York Times bestseller The Wives comes another twisted psychological thriller guaranteed to turn your world upside down.

Have you ever been wrong about someone?

Juno was wrong about Winnie Crouch.

Before moving in with the Crouch family, Juno thought Winnie and her husband, Nigel, had the perfect marriage, the perfect son—the perfect life. Only now that she’s living in their beautiful house, she sees the cracks in the crumbling facade are too deep to ignore.

Still, she isn’t one to judge. After her grim diagnosis, the retired therapist simply wants a place to live out the rest of her days in peace. But that peace is shattered the day Juno overhears a chilling conversation between Winnie and Nigel…

She shouldn’t get involved.

She really shouldn’t.

But this could be her chance to make a few things right.

Because if you thought Juno didn’t have a secret of her own, then you were wrong about her, too.

From the wickedly dark mind of bestselling author Tarryn Fisher, The Wrong Family is a taut new thriller that’s riddled with twists in all the right places.

***Review***

This story really makes me wonder if I have a crawl space. It also makes me really hope I don’t! I’ll be honest and say that I was struggling when it came to reading, The Wrong Family. It wasn’t necessarily because of the storyline. I actually got more into the story as I read on. I mainly struggled with the way the dialogue was written. I enjoy and connect with books more when they are written in first person point of view or even multiple P.O.Vs. I feel so detached from a story when it’s written in 3rd person. I just really don’t feel a connection to the characters which causes me to lose interest very easily. I think that I would have been able to enjoy this a lot more if I had that connection. Unfortunately, it was just missing for me.

However, don’t get me wrong. The Wrong Family was interesting and it definitely kept me guessing, which by the way, I still have some questions after that ending!

It’s just unfortunate that I didn’t receive the connection I was looking for. So I’d have to say A Thousand Boy Kisses is still my favorite book by Tarryn Fisher.
