I have been wanting to read this book for a long time (I LOVE Adriana Locke's stories), but I have recently gotten hooked on audios. When I found out that this story was now available on audio, I was thrilled to listen to it!
I loved it! I loved Cane and Jada. Especially Cane! He was the perfect sexy, protective alpha. The chemistry between them was H.O.T. I really enjoyed the storyline and the element of suspense. Romantic suspense is my favorite genre! I also fell for Cane's bestfriend Max and Jada's sister, Carrie.
I really enjoyed the narration. I have turned audios off simply because of the voice of the narrator. Sometimes it's their voice and sometimes it's because I don't feel the connection between the narrator and the character. Connor Crais and Samantha Brentmoor did an excellent job! I felt that their voices synced with how I imagined Cane and Jada. Hearing their voices made for an amazing audio.
I would love to listen to this duo again and I can't wait to listen to another Adriana Locke story. I highly recommend!
