Ford Landry may just be my FAVORITE Landry yet! Adriana Locke has made it so incredibly difficult to pick a favorite. Barrett, Lincoln, and Graham are ALL amazing, but there was just something about Ford that resonated with me. Maybe it was his military background or his down home southern roots that captivated me. It may have even been his love of country music and fishing that did me in. No, I think it was his unconditional love for his family and the way he was with Ellie. Not to mention, he was beyond sexy! He was simply perfect. The ideal MAN!

I adored Ford and Ellie's story. Ellie was so hurt and tried so hard to not let Ford in for fear of losing herself again. I felt her anxiety in letting go and opening her heart to Ford. She was such a fire cracker when she saw him again for the first time. Boy, did she let him have it. I was so proud of her! I like a strong heroine and Adriana Locke delivers every time! I love the Landry family. I love the dynamic between the siblings and the camaraderie between the girls. When Ellie needed them most, they were all there and took care of her as one of their own. You can feel the love this family has for one another. It's truly beautiful. Then there was Ellie's dad. Her relationship with him melted my heart. He was such a special part of their journey in this MUST READ second chance romance.

One thing I felt between the lines, was Sam Hunt. He was everywhere in this book! I loved it! Adriana Locke continues to touch my heart with her story lines and her endearing characters. I can't wait to read about what Camilla has been up to and to find out who her secret love is! I can't get enough of this lovely family. That being said, I am counting down the days until Swink!
