3.5 Stars
When I got the option to read this ARC, I was excited to get started. I did enjoy the story and the characters although I was expecting a little more then what the story gave. I liked Liam. He was sweet and had a really cute personality. I loved that he was recovering from being an alcoholic and was following his Christian faith once again. His belief in God and his ability to overcome his struggles to become a better Christian was awesome. There are not many stories out there that have this type of storyline, so I really enjoyed that.
Liam and Hayden's relationship started out a little differently. I thought they were really cute together. I think they possibly may have had feelings for each other before her dad approached Liam but Hayden had always given off the spoiled, bitch vibe that caused people not to like her. Being with Liam definitely brought out the good in her. As well as with Liam being around Hayden. She brought out the snarky attitude that I enjoyed from him....
"Liam, I think you are all teeth and no bite."
"It's all about the tongue. he shot back.
Liam had this sexy, cocky attitude that I loved! There were so many parts in the story that had me laughing out loud with some of the things he would tell Hayden. I think that both Liam and Hayden both brought out the better in each other. It was a great story and showed that even though you can be given something you didn't ask for, there's always something beautiful that can come out of it. This was a good, easy read with a cute love story!
