I have been anticipating reading this book for quite a long time now, so when I finally got my fingers on it, I was so excited! Fighting To Be Free lived up to everything that I had anticipated. I love this author, so I wasn't surprised by her beautiful story telling or her flawless writing. It was amazing to me how her simplistic details gave me a front row seat into some of the most intense and emotional scenes. This book is exactly what I needed! I loved Jamie and Ellie's story. Jamie's past was haunting and heart breaking, but with Ellie, a future with her was all he wanted. Ellie's bright personality lit up the pages and gave me so much hope for Jamie. I loved how he was Jamie Cole, the sweet, sexy boy that adored Ellie with a tragic past, and also Kid Cole, the bad-ass street kid that was fighting to be free. NOTHING will stop Jamie from fighting for what's his. I can't wait to read what happens next in Worth Fighting For!
