Watch Me by Ada Frost ~ Review by Juls

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

4.5 Stars!!!

Oh my gosh! I didn't realize what I signed up for when I started reading Watch Me. I just saw Ada Frost's name on it, and I knew I had to read it! She's just one of those authors you read anything that is written by them. I didn't even read the blurb! So when I started the book, I caught myself thinking, wow... this is certainly different than her Surviving Series. I will admit that at first it was a little hard for me to read a few of the scenes that took place. So in the beginning, I wasn't too sure about how much I was going to like it. By the middle, I was enjoying it and by the end, I was loving it! I don't know how a book about porn can bring me to tears, but it surly did! As I got to learn more about Lawson and his life growing up, I understood his personality a lot better. I'm happy he had a close friend like Samuel to be there for him. At first their relationship was a little iffy for me in some areas, but as time went on, I liked the friendship they had. So many of their conversations made me laugh out loud! Sam was so full of himself and was always the center of attention, yet you can't help but to love him. I would love to read a book about Sam since he's "too perfect to fuck up"!

Ada described Lawson and Abigail perfectly..

"We were a puzzle that made sense. Somehow our differences made us perfect together. Or as perfect as chaos could be. We are chaotic perfection."

They were really cute together, although "Mrs Warner" was constantly giving Lawson a hard time. I loved them. I really liked the friendship between all three characters. They all brought something to the story that made it as good as it was. This was the perfect blend of drama, love, and friendship!
